Parents' Page

Hello, parents! I am a recent graduate of the Graduate School of Education at Rutgers University. I received my Masters' degree in Education with certification to teach biology in May of 1999. My undergraduate degree is a BS in Genetic Technology from the University of Connecticut. I completed a six month internship in the genetics lab at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center in New York. After completion of this internship, I moved to Boston to work at Tufts University (New England Medical Center), in the genetics lab for one year. After working in an isolated lab, with hardly any interaction with people, I realized my calling was education ...and here I am, doing my best to give your kids the best education possible!

I have been elected Freshman Class Advisor for the year 1999-2000, and I will be the advisor for the Class of 2003 for the next four years. Any help that you are willing to contribute for planning events, or conducting events, would be greatly appreciated by the students and me. If you are interested, you may contact me via email, or call me at the school at (732) 222-9300, extension 355 and leave a message on my voicemail.

I am available to talk if you have any concerns with your childs' education. I have compiled a list of resources which may be helpful to you. Thank you for visiting my parent resource page! :)
